We require full payment of the whole short-term rent of 3 months, at least 2 weeks prior to arrival. Should you need to cancel the booking, a refund is subject to us being able to re-let the property.
1) The Booking Deposit is 25% of the rent and is only payable by Credit Card.
2) The balance of rent can be paid by Bank Transfer or by Credit Card.
